Legacy Hair Collection was established in 2019 by Ju'Dasha Carter. We strive to sell quality and affordable hair extensions. Our luxury bundles are 100% virgin hair and can be reused multiple times.

Policies:

At this time, we do NOT accept returns due to COVID-19. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will receive a credit for your next purchase.

NO refunds on hair that has been altered.

Shipping:

After placing an order, please allow 1 day for your order to be processed. If you are paying with Klarna or Sezzle, allow 2 business days for your order to process. Please allow 2-3 days for FEDEX/ DHL to get your package to you. Once your order has been confirmed, I will provide you with a tracking number so that you'll be able to locate the package.

Once your order has been shipped, I cannot determine when it will arrive. That is completely up to the shipping carrier. Please order your hair before your appointments, I will not be held responsible if your hair does not make it before your appointment. I will not be issuing refunds for that reason.
